Job Placement & Support

In the last two years, over 240 mid south-side residents have secured quality jobs through our center, at a current average wage of $10.66 per hour.

Our Center for Working Families provides hope, opportunity and most of all, community, to local residents who need it the most.

What we seek to create here is a home base - where people come because they have access to quality resources, an opportunity for solid one on one coaching, and the ability to lean on staff and fellow jobseekers as a community of new friends and supporters.

Our environment is professional, friendly and open; and our goal is to work with individuals to find the right job training and placement opportunities that are best suited for themselves and their families.  We want more than to work with you, send you to training and help you get placed in a job. We want to get to know you, understand your personal and professional hopes, and help you secure the job that is your best pathway to real, lasting success.
