Quality Job Placement
We develop employment opportunities that meet the personal, financial, and professional needs of local residents and that have opportunities for advancement. Rather than finding 'just any job' for our jobseekers, the Quad Communities Center for Working Families commits to working with companies that offer a competitive combination of wages and benefits. As a result, our employed clients' current average starting wage is $10.66/ hour.
We partner with companies that find real value in working with our Center for Working Families to fill a myriad of open positions. And because we have candidates who come through our program with a variety of education, experience and skillsets (and all of whom are from the communities we serve), we have a wide array of individuals who can fulfill an even wider array of needs.
Top employers have included the Michael's Market, ARAMARK and Allstate.
