Post-Employment Support

Securing a job is not the end, but it can be a new beginning for so many of our jobseekers.  To ensure they have everything they need to begin to build a new career, our staff provides needs-based wrap-around support that can extend for at least one year on the job.  These services include:

• Periodic meetings and phone calls to check on status and progress
• Coordination with supervisors (as appropriate) to support their advancement
• Development of long-term goals related to housing, education, debt repayment, credit amelioration, budgeting and planning
• Referrals to other providers for housing, childcare, financial assistance
